Sustainable products subscription
While I think it's great that a company is all about sustainable products, my experience with their subscription service wasn't all that great. I mean, the idea of getting eco-friendly stuff regularly is cool, but how they actually handle it is kind of a letdown. I wish I could just buy things whenever I want, instead of having to sign up for a subscription. Other stores give you more choices, you know what I mean? And their prices are usually higher than what you can find elsewhere, so it's tough to keep up with the subscription. Plus, their customer service hasn't been that great either – slow responses and not really helpful.

Naya Small Crossbody Bag
I just got this cute little crossbody bag from here, and I gotta say, it was totally worth it. The customer service was awesome, they were super quick to respond to my questions. The bag I got was in green, and when I opened it up, I could smell the nice leather right away. The zipper is really smooth, and it's got lots of pockets which is great. They even included care instructions for the leather. It's perfect for when I travel and it looks so stylish. Definitely happy with my purchase!
