Upholstery cycling bike
I bought a stationary bike from this company not too long ago and it's been a real pain. After a few months, it started making this annoying squeaking noise that just won't go away. The customer service team has tried to fix it a few times, but nothing has worked. They keep coming up with different reasons like the belt being off or a loose pedal. I wish I had gone with a better-known brand because this bike has not lived up to my expectations in terms of quality and performance.

Return process for wrong runners
I ran into a problem with my order when I ordered the wrong sneakers as a gift. I reached out to customer service and they really came through in trying to stop the package before it got shipped. But by then, the carrier had already sent it out. I printed the return label and sent the package back. Even with the Easter weekend and bank holiday, I heard back from them right away on Tuesday about the exchange. The shoe I originally wanted was sold out, but they wasted no time finding me a good alternative.

Blue watch mix-up
I can't believe it, waited a whole week only to get the wrong item! Can you believe they sent me a women's blue watch when I specifically ordered a rose gold man's watch? And to make matters worse, the one I wanted is out of stock now! I don't want a refund, I want my watch! So frustrating 😠😡😤 Wish I could leave negative stars for them. I've got pics to prove it too!

Mattress purchase
I got this really awesome mattress online, you know? It came way sooner than I thought and setting it up was seriously so simple. I just took it out of the box and boom, it was good to go. Three years later and it's still incredible, like sleeping on a cloud or something. I really don't understand why people are giving it bad reviews, because my experience was totally amazing.
