I bought a yoga outfit from this brand recently, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how nice the clothes are. Return process for wrong runners
I ran into a problem with my order when I ordered the wrong sneakers as a gift. I reached out to customer service and they really came through in trying to stop the package before it got shipped. But by then, the carrier had already sent it out. I printed the return label and sent the package back. Even with the Easter weekend and bank holiday, I heard back from them right away on Tuesday about the exchange. The shoe I originally wanted was sold out, but they wasted no time finding me a good alternative.

Blue watch mix-up
I can't believe it, waited a whole week only to get the wrong item! Can you believe they sent me a women's blue watch when I specifically ordered a rose gold man's watch? And to make matters worse, the one I wanted is out of stock now! I don't want a refund, I want my watch! So frustrating ??? Wish I could leave negative stars for them. I've got pics to prove it too!
