Personal check printing
I just bought some personal checks from this online store and the service was not great at all. The ordering process was a mess and I had a hard time figuring out how to customize my checks. When I asked customer service for help, they were no help at all and seemed like they didn't care. Plus, the prices were way higher than what I've paid at other places. It took forever to get my order, and when it finally arrived, the packaging was all messed up. Overall, my experience with this online store was really bad.

Blouse purchase
I just bought a blouse from this store, and to my surprise, the scarf that was supposed to come with it was missing. I gave the store a call, and a super helpful lady went out of her way to find the missing scarf and get it sent to me in just two days. Their customer service was top-notch, and I was really impressed. I'll definitely be shopping there again in the future.
