Excellent customer service
I just have to say, the customer service I got from this company was top notch. Lucy, the gal I chatted with, was super quick in getting back to me and really went out of her way to help me with my order. And when I sent them an email, they didn't skip a beat in getting back to me too. That kind of attention to detail and speed really makes them stand out. I'm really impressed and definitely recommend giving them a try.

Wellybobs
I got these Wellybobs a few months back from this store. I wear 'em every day for all kinds of things, especially walkin' the dog. But then I noticed a rip in the rubber of one boot. So I reached out to customer service, sent 'em some pics of the problem along with my original order info. Surprisingly, they got back to me real quick and asked for the product number on the boot. Once I gave 'em that, they shipped out a new pair of Wellybobs right away. The new boots showed up the very next day, which was pretty impressive. Even though it was a pain dealin' with the split boot, I was happy with how awesome their customer service was. Hopin' this new pair holds up better than the last one!

Ticket purchase for a concert
I bought concert tickets using this platform, and man, what a disaster. I forked out a good amount of cash for those tickets way ahead of time, all hyped up and ready for the show. But when the big day rolled around and I checked my email, no tickets. I tried calling customer service over and over, but kept getting the same brush-off, with them saying the tickets would be sent any minute. Hours went by, still no tickets.

Customer service experience
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at RepairClinic recently. I called in asking a question, and the person on the phone just hung up when they didn't know the answer. It was super frustrating and definitely not what I was hoping for. I think it's important for businesses to treat their customers better and show more respect.

Overnight shipping service
My experience with the overnight shipping service was a total letdown. I picked it because it promised to be super fast and efficient, but all I got was a bunch of delays and wrong info. My package kept showing up late, and when it finally did get here, it was banged up from being tossed around. The customer service folks weren't much help either - seemed like they didn't know what was going on with my order. All in all, I was really disappointed with the whole thing and won't be using this shipping service again.
