Renewal service experience
I've been with this company for years and usually renew my services in October. But recently, there was a $600 charge pending that worried me. When I called customer service, they didn't seem to take me seriously and kept giving me the runaround. It wasn't until the charge went through that they finally admitted there was a problem, but they were still doubtful. Luckily, my bank was able to fix it, but I was disappointed by their lack of responsibility. Because of this, I've made the decision to switch to a different company.
