    Blu-ray purchase

    I ordered a Blu-ray from YesAsia, but it came in really bad shape because the packaging was awful. The item wasn't wrapped up well, so the case was broken when it got to me. When I reached out to customer service to complain, they wouldn't give me a refund or send me a better replacement. Their idea of fixing it was to give me a flimsy, see-through CD case instead, which obviously wasn't going to work for my DVDs. I was really let down and annoyed by the lack of care in packaging and their unwillingness to make it right.
