Bad refund policy
I went to this store with my buddy, and he bought some jeans. After trying them on at home, he didn't like them. We asked for a refund, but they only gave us a credit note. The staff was so rude and dismissive! They were friendly when we were buying stuff, but turned mean when we wanted our cash back. Now we're stuck with a credit note for a store we don't even want to return to. Totally not cool!
