Honestly, I'm so used to Amazon's convenience, you know? I love being able to track my package every step of the way. But with Smallflower, it's like they leave me in the dark. I order skincare stuff from them all the time, but it's hella frustrating not knowing when my goodies will actually show up. It would be awesome if they could step up their game and give us better tracking info to keep us in the loop, you feel me?
