Damaged United Kingdom ears headband
I was really bummed about the United Kingdom ears headband I got from this store. When it showed up, you could tell right away that it was not treated well when it was shipped. Two flowers had already fallen off, and the band was actually broken in half. I had to bust out the glue to put the flowers back on and fix the band. Even the other flowers were loose, so I had to glue them down too so they wouldn't fall off. It was annoying to have to fix up something brand new that I bought for more money.

First-time customer experience
My experience with this company was really good. The people there were super helpful, always quick to respond, and really on the ball. They communicated really well and got things done fast. The only thing that caught me off guard as a new customer was some unexpected surprises along the way. Now that I know the ropes, I would definitely suggest them to other folks.
