Luggage set and canvas tote
I just bought a luggage set and a canvas tote from this store. I needed the stuff sooner than they said it would come for an upcoming trip, so I asked about faster shipping. Lin from customer service was really helpful and made sure my things got to me way before my trip. When I got the tote bag, it wasn't the color I wanted. Lin took care of it right away and ordered a replacement in the right color without any issues. I was really impressed by how professional and kind Lin and the rest of the customer service team were in dealing with my questions and concerns. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they handled it really made a difference in how I felt about my shopping experience.
