Online purchase delivery issue
I recently bought something online in mid-March, and it did not go well at all. I was supposed to pick up my order at a UPS drop-off spot, but when I went twice, they couldn't find it. When I called customer service, the person had a really heavy accent and it was hard to communicate. They said I had to wait 10 days for them to figure it out. The whole thing was annoying and took up a lot of my time. I was not happy with the customer service or how things turned out in the end.
