Software purchase for lifetime upgrades, effects, and plugins
I recently bought this software that said it would come with lifetime upgrades, effects, and plugins. However, I've been pretty let down by it. When I set it up, I noticed that all the effects and plugins I already had were gone, and I was told I needed to sign up for a new service to get them back. It felt like a sneaky trick, since I had already paid for that stuff. Plus, the software wiped out my old version without even giving me a heads up or asking for permission, which means I lost a bunch of content I paid for. All in all, my time with this software and the company behind it has been really frustrating and has left me feeling ripped off.
