Pyramid clutch for daughter's birthday
I just got this really cute clutch for my daughter's birthday and she absolutely adores it! Honestly, the pictures and videos online don't even do it justice - it's way more amazing in person. The quality is fantastic and the design is so one-of-a-kind. When my daughter opened it, she was ecstatic and now she loves showing it off to all her friends. I'm thrilled with my purchase!

Yummy snacks box
I ordered a box of delicious snacks from this place, but it never made it to my house! I checked the tracking info, and it said it wasn't delivered because I wasn't there. But when I called the post office, they said they didn't have any record of it. Bokksu told me to go pick it up, but didn't even apologize. And now, even after asking for a refund, I still haven't heard anything back. I feel like I've been scammed and I'm super upset!

My experience with the customer service team at this company was really disappointing. They were not great at communicating and following up, which left me feeling frustrated and confused about my order. To make matters worse, my package seemed to have gone missing or been stolen, and the company didn't offer a clear solution. Even when I tried to get help and ask for a refund, they were not very helpful and kind of pushed back. I would recommend being careful and knowing about these problems before buying anything from them.

Loose leaf lab manual purchase
I've bought things online before from different places like eCampus.com and usually had good experiences. But my most recent purchase of a loose leaf lab manual was a letdown. I knew it would be loose leaf, but when it arrived, the pages were all mixed up - some were even upside down, out of order, and missing. When I reached out to customer service, the first response didn't really help much. They just said it's "loose leaf" and promised to maybe send a replacement. The fact that there wasn't a quick and satisfying solution to the problem has left me feeling disappointed with both the product and how customer service handled it.

Electric bike purchase
The customer service at this place is just terrible. It was so hard to get a hold of someone when my order messed up. I couldn't even cancel the order, and by the time I finally talked to someone, it was too late. They said it was the warehouse's fault, but no one wanted to take responsibility. I had to keep the bike, pay a lot of money in fees to return it. I won't be coming back here for sure.
