UPS really messed up my order, but let me tell you, the folks at Mum's Handmade went above and beyond to fix it. They redirected my package to a drop shop and the wait was totally worth it. Now I have this gorgeous knitted jumper that I'm absolutely obsessed with. The quality is top-notch and it feels so luxurious, I never want to take it off.
