Shoes and a backpack
I really can't decide what's worse - the terrible quality of the products or the absolutely disappointing service. I mean, the shoes literally fell apart after just a week of wearing them, and don't even get me started on the backpack - the zipper broke after only a couple of days! And when I finally mustered up the courage to call and complain, they just gave me the runaround and basically said they couldn't help me at all. Seriously, save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place if you expect to get any sort of value for your hard-earned money.

I just bought this super classy handbag from the store and let me tell you, I am so impressed! It was in perfect condition, exactly like they showed it on the website.
