Unauthorized large order
I had a really bad experience with a company recently. My daughter made a huge order without my permission, and it ended up being over $200. I tried to contact them through live chat and email multiple times, but didn't hear back for a whole week. When they finally responded, it was too late to cancel the order because it was already on its way. Plus, I didn't even get any shipping info until a day after it was sent out. The return policy is tough too, I have to pay for return shipping and they may not even give me a refund. It's been more than 2 weeks and I still don't have any updates on where my order is. This whole situation has been really frustrating and disappointing.

I had an awesome experience with the airport ride. The driver was super professional and polite. They were right on time, and the crew kept in touch with me from the moment I stepped on the plane to when I grabbed my bags. It made the pick-up process really smooth.
