Jaw paw purchase
I just bought some jaw paw shoes from this company because I'm in rehab and I needed some comfy, supportive shoes for my feet. I was really happy to find the perfect pair that fit my needs. But I'm kind of bummed out about the lack of communication and how my order is taking forever to get here. They said it would arrive between March 21 and March 28, but now it's April 04 and I still haven't gotten my jaw paws or any tracking info to see where they are. I really need these shoes, so I hope the company can get back to me soon with an update on my order.

Purchased defective movie
I'm sharing my experience about buying a movie from this company - it was a real bummer. I couldn't even get the movie to play, no matter what I tried. I reached out to customer service, but all I got back were automated responses from bots. After waiting around for four months and still not getting any real assistance, I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. To top it off, my service got canceled out of the blue. The lack of care and support from this company really got to me. I'd recommend going with a different platform like Amazon or Movies Anywhere next time you're looking to buy a movie.
