Artza box purchase
Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience as a customer who ordered an Artza box from this company. I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole process. My husband actually ordered it back in August 2022, and it's been a bit of a headache ever since. We were supposed to get multiple boxes, but we only ended up receiving one. We spent a good chunk of change - $279 in total - so to not get what we were expecting is really frustrating. And when I reached out to Artza about the problem, they weren't able to make it right. I'm feeling pretty let down and unsatisfied with both the product and the customer service.
