I bought BULLETSAFE NIJ LEVEL IIIA BLACK BULLETPROOF VEST and somehow it was fitted me properly. I notified customer service for a replacement with larger size. Customer support guided me thru the Teturn Authorization (RA) process.
Today, I received the new one and it fitted correctly.
