Issue with customer support and inefficiency in website functionality
I had a frustrating experience with customer support on this platform recently. I reached out for help with an account issue but didn't hear back for days. Even though the website told me to contact customer support, my problem wasn't fixed. The lack of help made the platform unusable for trading, which is a big deal since I've been a member since 2017. The bugs on the platform have been a continuous problem, making it hard to enjoy using it. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a platform I've been loyal to for so long.
