DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you're okay with waiting over 3 months to receive your product. I ordered on May 5 of this year with the expectation it took 2 weeks. I held the process up by 5 days as they needed additional info from me, but 85 days after that, I still hadn't even received a shipping number. I called multiple times and was told it's in production and would be shipping within 3 business days. Called yet again on June 24 to cancel, was offered a 15% discount and guaranteed it would be at my door by July 1. Waited until July 16, at which time I called again, was told it was "in production" and would receive within 2-3 business days and that a manager would call me. As of July 27 no manager has called me. So I called again on July 28, I was queue position 4 at 10:30am and received automated recording i would keep my spot in line and receive a call back. No such call ever came and after waiting for 45 minutes after calling yet again on July 29, finally canceled my order after waiting for 3 months!
