Mamacita Pullover and Raise Boys Hat
Shipping time is awful. I did not order anything custom yet they stated these were both custom pieces and would take up to 4 weeks to ship. I received these July 3rd.
When I opened the pullover, it had black marks all over and a small hole right on the front. I'm not sure why anyone would ever package that and send it out to a customer. I sent it back and they sent me a new one which I received yesterday, July 20th. Again, this one has black marks on it as well but not as many as before so I'm just going to cut my losses on it because they clearly aren't reliable or consistent in their product. Definitely will never order again.
