    New shoes

    I'm really loving these new shoes I got! They're super cool with the sparkles and cute little bows on them. Whenever I wear them, I feel like a fashionista. The sizing was perfect, so they fit me just right. I wore them to my friend's birthday party and got tons of compliments. My mom even said they looked adorable on me. I can't wait to rock them at school and show them off to all my friends.

    Hydro Flask purchase

    I ordered my Hydro Flask bottle on December 15th, and it hasn't shipped yet as of December 24th. I was expecting to have it by now, but it's taking way too long. They promised to cover the return shipping if it arrives late and I don't want it anymore, but that's just frustrating. I'm not impressed with this whole situation.

    Bought some stuff

    This whole thing is a total scam! When I first signed up, I was super pumped about all the awesome stuff I was getting. But then, after 3 months, they just suddenly cut me off from downloading anything. I totally should've paid more attention to those reviews that were warning about this. And now, there's no way for me to get in touch with them. It seriously feels like they're just in it to grab your cash and bail. I'm so let down.

    Missing item in package

    I recently bought something from this company and man, I was super bummed out by the service I got. When my package arrived, one of the things I ordered was nowhere to be found. So, I hit up customer support and they had the nerve to ask me for pictures of the missing item in order to get a refund. Like, how am I supposed to take pictures of something I didn't even know was missing until I opened the darn package? Obviously, I never got that refund for the missing item. The customer support was no help at all and the whole thing was just a nightmare. No way am I gonna shop with this company again.

    Diamond anniversary ring

    Anna Hart at this store is seriously the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with when buying jewelry. She pays attention to the little things, gets back to you super quick, and always has a great attitude. My time at this store was made unforgettable thanks to her. I'm definitely coming back, especially if I can have Ms. Hart help me out again. She really went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were happy with what we bought, and we can't thank her enough for that.

    Recent pin purchase

    I recently bought two pins on sale from this store, but unfortunately, my experience has been pretty bad. After waiting for two weeks and my order stuck in pre-shipping, I emailed their customer service for an update, but didn't hear back. I tried reaching out through their website and finally got a reply offering a refund or to resend the items if available. I chose to have the items resent, but haven't heard anything since. It's almost been a month now and even after contacting customer service again, there's been no resolution. It's really disappointing that my experience with this store has been so negative, especially since I've had no issues with their sister store. I suggest shopping somewhere else for what you need.

    I ordered this specific magazine from the company but they ended up sending me the wrong one, not just once but twice. I was super frustrated, so I reached out to customer service to try and fix things. Unfortunately, they were no help at all and didn't want to own up to their mistake. I was really disappointed with the lack of care and their poor service, it left me feeling really unsatisfied with how things turned out.
