Mystery tackle box purchase
I got a mystery tackle box for my buddy who loves fishing, but it was missing a few things when he opened it. I contacted customer service, and they were super quick to respond. They fixed the problem right away and sent out the missing items without any trouble. I really liked how they handled everything, it made me feel good about shopping with them. It's nice when companies care about their customers and do whatever it takes to make things right. I'll definitely be shopping with them again because of the awesome service I received.
