Refund Policy
The 90-day return policy may sound good on paper, but let me tell you, it's a total joke. I tried to return something for a refund, but they kept giving me less money back than I should have gotten. And don't even get me started on their customer service - they were so rude and unhelpful. It was a total nightmare trying to get this sorted out, spent hours on the phone arguing with them and being put on hold. In the end, I got absolutely nowhere. My advice? Stay away from these incompetent fools.
