I had required Customer Service to switch products and they (Florence) were SO helpful and prompt, it caused no delay!
I recommend Tuff Shield 12x16 for an adult/teen sized backpack. Fits snug! My Momma worries are a little more at ease knowing my daughter has this! I hope to God she NEVER needs it.
