Mother's Day flowers for 94-year-old mom
Man, let me tell you, they really dropped the ball on this one! I mean, I had ordered some flowers for my sweet old mom a whole week before Mother's Day, expecting them to arrive on Saturday. They wasted no time charging my card but then had the nerve to send an email on Saturday saying delivery wouldn't be until Tuesday or Wednesday. I tried hitting them up by phone and email, but it was like talking to a brick wall - they straight up ghosted me. I had to take matters into my own hands and cancel the charge through Visa. Absolutely atrocious customer service, man.
