Delayed order, poor communication
I ordered this thing like forever ago and it's still not here. The tracking says 'order packed' for ages and I haven't heard squat about when it's coming. I've emailed them a bunch of times but crickets. This whole situation is super frustrating with the lack of info and slow delivery.
