    Studio Scent Diffuser

    I purchased two studio scent diffusers in Sept 2022. At first I was so happy with them - I had them in different areas and loved the scent (24 Magic). I had family and friends ask me about the scent and three of them purchased the studio scent diffuser as well. Within a few months two of my friends asked me if I had any issues with my diffusers and I said "no" (and honestly thought it was just bad luck they received troublesome equipment) and told them to call customer service. Then about seven months after my purchases, one of mine stopped working. I reached out to customer service and they said since it's out of their warranty period they would offer me one at a discount. I understood and paid for the replacement. Three months later the replacement stopped working and had to be replaced again. Less than a year from the purchase date the second one started to make a loud noise. After several troubleshooting procedures that customer service recommended nothing worked - the unit still makes a sound noise. Finally, customer service responded with "we can replace it for $150". At this rate every few months I will have to purchase a new diffuser as the company does not stand by their equipment. If you are willing to replace your equipment frequently at your cost then this is the product for you. Personally I am highly disappointed at their response and quality of the diffuser. I guess my friends and I were unluckily and we received faulty product that HC won't replace (because conveniently its out of the warranty period - which is one month).

    In case it isn't abundantly clear the diffuser doesn't work after a few months and HC will not replace it. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product.
