Misleading ocean view
I had such a bad experience with this company! They promised us an ocean view room, but all we got was a view of the parking lot with a tiny bit of ocean far away. The photos online were totally different from the actual room. When we tried to talk to them about it, they just ignored us. On top of that, we ended up paying way more than what was originally advertised. We felt completely ripped off and let down. I highly recommend avoiding booking with this company!
