Visa processing
I had a good experience with the visa processing service. We had a few bumps in communication and uploading documents, but the iVisa team handled it well and got my visa done in the 4 weeks they said it would take. They were really dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly with my visa. Even though we hit some roadblocks at first, I'm thankful for all their hard work and happy with how everything turned out.

Hair growth serum
I was really let down by this company. I bought their hair growth serum and waited a while to see if it would work, but it did nothing for my hair. When I contacted customer service to share my disappointment, they didn't offer a refund, just empty promises. They only gave me a measly 30% off my next purchase, which was pretty insulting. I think this company is a scam and I'd advise others to be careful before trying their products.

2 pairs of sneakers
I just bought two pairs of sneakers from this company, but one of them went missing during shipping. Even though that happened, I was really amazed by how great the customer service was. They were super patient and respectful, and they really went out of their way to find those missing sneakers and send them back to me quickly. I definitely suggest this company to anyone who wants good stuff and awesome customer service. Thanks for going above and beyond!
