2 pairs of sneakers
I just bought two pairs of sneakers from this company, but one of them went missing during shipping. Even though that happened, I was really amazed by how great the customer service was. They were super patient and respectful, and they really went out of their way to find those missing sneakers and send them back to me quickly.
