Paid subscription for online music recording platform
My time using this online music recording platform has honestly been pretty disappointing. It's hard to figure out how to use it and it's not very user-friendly, which makes it tough to find your way around all the different features. On top of that, there's a bunch of technical problems that keep popping up, like crashing all the time and taking forever to load. When I reached out to customer support for help, they didn't really have any actual solutions to offer. I definitely wouldn't suggest this platform to anyone else based on my experience.

Abstract print purchase
I was at first disappointed with the abstract print I ordered, it just didn't meet my expectations. Saatchi Art's customer service team got in touch with me, listened to my concerns, and offered a full credit to show they value their customers. I decided to use the credit to get an original artwork instead, since that seems to be their strong suit. The whole experience turned around from disappointment to a pleasant surprise, all thanks to their focus on making customers happy.
