Airplane necklace purchase
I recently bought a really cool airplane necklace from FANCI ME and let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. The necklace is exactly what I had been looking for and I am so happy with how nice it is. However, there was a little delay in getting my order because the only necklace they had didn't pass their quality check. But, they called me right away and followed up with an email to explain the situation. The person I spoke with was really nice and said I could either wait for a new one to come in stock or get a refund. I was glad they were upfront with me and made sure to fix the situation.
