Shoes return and exchange
I recently had to return a pair of shoes and swap them out for a different size, and I gotta say, the customer service I got from Tennis Point was top-notch. The whole process was a breeze and super convenient. The guy who helped me was really nice and handled everything like a pro. He gave me a shipping label to send the shoes back, and even hooked me up with a discount on the new pair I needed. I really appreciated the smooth sailing and the extra effort to make sure I was happy. I'll definitely be coming back to Tennis Point for more gear, especially since the Cincinnati Pickleball club swears by it!
