Kids monitoring software
This monitoring software is a total disaster! I bought the Pro version to keep an eye on what my kids are doing online, but man, it's been a nightmare. The dang program keeps crashing, doesn't monitor new accounts I add, and even creepily watches my own account that I told it not to. And get this, it even showed a live view of my whole system, no matter which account you were using. How scary is that? Big time privacy invasion. Seriously wish I never bought this thing, so don't do it, folks.

Broken order
My order came messed up and I was not happy with how the customer service handled it. I reached out to them about the problem and their response was not great, they just told me to reject the package if it was damaged. But how am I supposed to do that if the delivery person just left it at my door without even knocking? I quickly sent them a picture of the broken stuff like they asked, but I still haven't heard anything. It's annoying to deal with a company that won't own up to their mistakes with deliveries.
