media organizer software
I recently purchased this awesome software to help me organize all of my music and videos, and let me just say, it has seriously changed the game for me! It's so easy for me to keep track of my collections, back everything up, and create playlists for different vibes or moods. The interface is really user-friendly, and I love how much I can personalize it to suit my needs. On top of that, the newsletters they send out are super helpful for keeping me in the loop about any new features or updates. Overall, I would highly recommend this software to anyone who wants to clean up their media library and stay on top of things.

Watch repair issue
I sent in my watch to get fixed 'cause the crown wasn't locking anymore. But they sent it back saying my watch doesn't even have a crown locking feature! Seriously? I've had this watch for like 10 years, I feel like I would have known if that was true! I tried reaching out to them to correct it, but no response at all. Ugh!
