Online return process issue
I had a really bad time trying to do an online return with this company. I tried to get started using my order or tracking number, but it just wouldn't work. And on top of that, when I tried to give them a call, it wasn't working at that time either. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for a return label, feeling all frustrated and let down. I really hope they can figure this out soon, but for now, I'd say be careful if you're planning on doing any online returns with them.

Patrick Ta products
I bought some Patrick Ta stuff from Cult Beauty not too long ago. When my order came, I saw they sent me the wrong shade. But Cult Beauty's customer service was awesome. They fixed the mistake right away and made sure I got the right stuff. Gotta say, the Patrick Ta products are really good and I'm happy with them.
