Loan refinancing with significant savings
I was kinda unsure at first about all the paperwork and questions I had to deal with from the company, but I figured I'd give it a go. And I'm really happy I did, cause the offer they gave me was way better than I expected. The APR they offered was really good, and it ended up slashing my payments by almost half. Plus, I'm gonna save a bunch on finance charges in the long run. All in all, I'm super happy with how things turned out and I'd definitely suggest their services to anyone thinking about refinancing their loans.

Faulty security system
My experience with this security system has been a total disaster. The cameras keep disconnecting all the time, the front door camera won't update, and the picture is always black. Even though I paid for the Pro plan, I haven't gotten any alerts and never got the sim card they promised to activate the system. And to top it off, the security sign that came with the system is missing a part. I feel like I wasted my money on this and it's been really frustrating.
