Package replacement
I'm just reaching out about my package that got stolen from the mail room at my apartment. I contacted customer support to see about getting a replacement, and I have to say, they were amazing! The people I talked to were so nice, understanding, and really wanted to help me out. They knew what they were doing, gave me clear instructions on what to do, and made sure to handle everything on their end. They made me feel supported and cared for the whole time, which definitely helped make this stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.
