I ordered a jersey for my grandson’s birthday. It’s been 6 days and has not yet shipped. It’s “processing”. What does that mean? No processing has happened at all. Troubles contacting customer service. You can’t chat with them and if you call you have to hold on for a very long time. And what is the $1.99 handling fee? When you already are spending over $100 and they add in handling fees? But I’m more frustrated with shipping because he will not have this by his birthday. I ordered it May 7 and it says it won’t arrive till May 25.
Ridiculous.
