Motors
I purchased five motors but received four. One of the motors was advertised as 12 volt, but was 24 volt. I contacted them and they made it right. They sent me the missing motor and refunded my money for the 24 volt motor. The trains that I have purchased from Trainz both came in damaged due to very poor packing. Again, they made it right by refunding part of my money for the engines. Their customer service is good, but the shipping department needs to have the folks trained to get orders correct and packed correctly. I would buy from them again because of the customer service department. Thanks, Barry Bogs Spring Texas
