Insurance claim settlement
I recently had to file a claim with the company and I was really impressed by how fast they settled it. I would give them 5 stars for their efficiency and speed. However, I did run into a couple of problems during the process that I think they need to fix. I got two emails from the company saying my vet hadn't filled out the claim form, but that wasn't true. It made me stressed out and confused for no reason. Also, they asked me to give feedback before my claim was even done, which felt unprofessional and annoying. I think the company should look into these issues and make sure they don't happen again. In the end, I was happy with how my claim turned out, but these things could be better.
