Dress purchase, expedited shipping
I recently bought a dress and paid extra for faster shipping so I could get it in time for an event. But, to my disappointment, my order still hasn't been shipped and it says "not shipped" on the status. The customer service people I've talked to haven't been much help - they've given me wrong info about the shipping. It's really annoying to fork out more money for fast shipping and then not know what's going on with my order. If Roamans can't follow through with their promise of speedy shipping, then they shouldn't even offer it to us customers.

Pro Series 14 piece cabinet and workbench set
I recently bought a Pro Series 14 piece cabinet and workbench set straight from the company. To make things easier, I decided to pay extra for the white glove delivery service. Unfortunately, the delivery company kept bailing on the scheduled day, which was a huge inconvenience since I had to take time off work. After giving up on that delivery company, I contacted Garage Organization. They managed to schedule a delivery for me on a Saturday. The delivery went smoothly, no more cancellations, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cabinets and tool boxes I got are top-notch quality, so I'll definitely be going back to Garage Organization for more storage solutions.

I just bought some sunglasses from this store, and even though I had a few problems with them, the customer service team really came through and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Although there were some issues with the quality, I'm grateful for how they handled everything.

Woof activity and collegen supplements
The supplements made my dog sick, tried to talk to to customer service and nothing. They also don't honor their money back guarantee. Welp, never again!
