I just bought something in a hurry without even thinking about when it would show up, and it turns out I needed it for a special event. So I reached out to customer service and they really came through for me. The person I talked to, Breanna, was super understanding and helpful. She made sure I'd get my stuff on time and even went the extra mile by upgrading my delivery to next day for free. I was really impressed by how quick and helpful she was, and I'd definitely suggest their customer service to anyone.
