Can I give them no stars? Horrible experience. I’m exasperated with this company. They did not deliver on time as promised and paid for , and the recipient had already been discharged by the time flowers were apparently delivered . This company is next to impossible to deal with , and refuses to refund my money nor send a redelivery to the recipients home. They have given me the complete runaround with automated messages , and when I finally get hold of somebody after hours in of trying , they put me on hold again or hang up on me. They are a total scam - do not use. They actually finally responded to my email asking me for my email address so that they could contact me ! Seriously ? I believe they already have that info!
