3 Men's shirts
All 3 men's shirts ordered were marked with size ordered, but all 3 were different sizes and none of the 3 would fit. When return label was requested, I was told that Soulmia would refund 40% of USD paid and I could keep items (keep 3 items that don't fit?). After nine emails back and forth they have finally offered 50% refund and keep items for myself (again, why keep?). Very unhappy with quality, lack of customer service, and business attitude. As retired small businessman, I know how customers should be treated; they fail in every respect!
