Support has been unresponsive since I shared my issue of not having the item delivered.
I placed an order of nearly $200 worth of merchandise and was provided a link to static shipping updates.
After 2 weeks, I reached out to support for an estimated delivery date as the link did not indicate any timeline.
I was then given a new link, which indicated that a delivery "attempt" was made. I live in a 4-story apartment complex with a dial-in directory for all shipments. This "attempt" was a fabrication. I would have received a call from the directory, as I have for the past 3 years.
Since communicating this with Caskers, I have received silence. Caskers has refused to address this issue and left me to dispute my charge on my credit card.
This has been a month-long process and Caskers should be embarrassed by this situation.
