Online note uploading for cash
It's so annoying when you upload a bunch of docs to try and get those gift cards redeemed, and then you're just left waiting forever for the okay. I uploaded like 15 docs and the wait for a response was way longer than I thought it would be. It shouldn't take that dang long to look over the docs and make sure everything's good to go. When I finally reached out to customer support for help, it took them a whole three days to hit me back. Not the best when you're trying to sort things out in a hurry! As for using the site to upload notes and make some extra cash, it's fine I guess. But they seriously need to step up their game when it comes to validating everything.
