Walmart Customer service.
Well, 36 days and 14 phone calls to 20 different people I finally got refunded. I am leaving a 5 star but 3 star because of the headaches and time on phone wasted. And the poor service I received. Only after threating to contact the F.T.C. Fraud division and the BBB in Colorado Springs ,CO where the seller has their business, did I get my refund. And catch this. I got refunded in less that 30 minutes. REALLY! They could have done this in the beginning.
Anyway got my refund. And I will still never purchase anything from the online again.
Our Local Walmart store has great people and in 20 years have never had a issue with the returns or purchases. People are great and friendly and Care. That is all I have to say on this issue.Review about: Walmart
Still No Refund!
Well 30 days since the seller got the item back. Called Customer service back again. I think this is call 8. Same line I will forward this back to the Billing Dept. You will receive a email confirming your refund. This time they gave me another number. Supposed to be to the billing dept. Well, got some line of sales pitches and the number didn't even have Walmart listed in their directory. So just another run around by Walmart Online Customer Service. No wonder they only have a 18% approval and 79% on the 1 star category. Going to try and call Corporate office to see if they can help. Never doing any online purchases again with this company.

Antenna for tv.
I purchased an antenna from Walmart on the 6th of February. Only paid $29.59. Antenna arrived with the bracket broken. Immediately took it to Walmart in my hometown. Seller received it on the 16th of February. Well, 5 phone calls and several emails later. I am still trying to get a refund. The last email I received said my account was closed and refund issued. Well, that is total BS. My banks manager looked thru my account and found where I had paid Walmart the money. But no money was refunded to my account. They lied! every single time i talked to them. They said I would receive an email saying I was going to be refunded. Well, it will be a month in 5 days and NO REFUND! I hope they enjoy the $29.59 they have stolen, and may it bless them in the way they deserve. So, my review is to warn everyone who buys from Walmart online. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SITE! Oh, I would rate lower than 1 star if possible. This is a fresh update to my previous post.
