Subscription cancellation experience
I had a pretty bad time trying to cancel my subscription with FREY. The whole process was confusing and unclear, making it hard for me to figure it out. Even after I tried to cancel, I kept getting charged and no one helped me fix it. The customer support didn't have a phone number, so I couldn't talk to anyone directly, which was super frustrating. They also charged me way ahead of time before even shipping my items, which felt unfair and sketchy. And to top it off, even after I finally cancelled, they said it didn't apply to some back-ordered stuff, making me even more unhappy. Overall, my whole subscription experience with FREY was not great at all.
