Train ticket purchase
I just bought some train tickets from this company and man, their customer service was a letdown. My trip got canceled because of COVID-19, and all the other places I had reservations with were cool about it - except for this company. They wouldn't give me my money back or let me reschedule. They tried to blame it on being a middleman and said they couldn't refund me because the Italian train company didn't change their policy. That's just not right. It's pretty clear to me that this company is just using the situation to their advantage and doesn't really care about making their customers happy.
